Where do you come from?

After Western medical training as a doctor and work experience in the Emergency Department, I made the switch to Eastern medicine, Heart Coherence and Being in Balance® coaching. This is how the Integrated Health practice Lotus Coach & Consult in Zutphen was born.

Where are you now?

I combine scientifically substantiated Western medical knowledge with ancient insights from Eastern Medicine. I connect new insights from Quantum medicine with Heart Coherence, Meditation, Healing and Lifestyle medical advice. The Being in Balance® coaching method plays an important role in this.

Where are you going?

As one of the founders of the Nativity Over the past 15 years, I have specialized in supporting expectant parents with problems with fertility and/or pregnancy. With the development of Being in Balance® Fertility coaching, we have developed a unique program with which couples with an unfulfilled desire to have children quickly gain more insight into the origins of fertility problems and how they can be treated holistically, resulting in a natural pregnancy in a large number of cases becomes possible again.
I am also involved in the development of new Being in Balance® Medical Coaching products for the treatment of Burnout, Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease.

My personal mission

Offering as many children as possible a promising and loving start through optimal health, starting with that of their parents, in the first 1000 days of life.
