Where do you come from?<\/strong><\/h3>

Hello, I am Patrick van Exel, 59 years young and I come from the corporate world of KLM, where I have worked with heart and soul for 20 years. I was able to learn a lot there! I left there voluntarily three years ago. The corona pandemic offered me the opportunity to fly out and stand on my own two feet. The feeling of leaving the safe haven and making a conscious choice felt very exciting and challenging. Intuitively I heard a YES, go ahead! Based on my basic attitude, you don't have to be afraid of anything because you will be well taken care of, I had absolutely no problem taking the leap of faith. That holistic view has always moved like a thread through my life. Personal themes that I have been able to learn from up close are suicide (brother) and destructive escape behavior. The fact that I am still allowed to be here is a miracle anyway.<\/p>

In recent years I have invested in training, including the HBO diploma Vitality Coach (modules Mental coaching, Stress \/ Burn-out Counselor and Natural Food Advisor). I also completed a nine-day training course as an affiliated Breathing Coach. In addition, I am a lifelong learner in both Chinese and Western astrology and Chinese philosophy and philosophy, I Ching. Last year, 2023, I took a major step forward in this regard. Here too, Quantum Informatics finds its synchronicity from thousands of years ago and is always available as a source to all of us. The Being in Balance training came at exactly the right time. Everything is in sync and everything is connected!<\/p>

Where are you now?<\/strong><\/h3>
When I look at myself now, I have consciously placed myself at the bottom of the ladder again, and now I look up curiously again. There is still so much to learn and discover! Enjoying life and especially the little things, including the lessons that come your way, is what I do best. This feels so good that sometimes I feel a little guilty, in the sense of, am I not enjoying life too much? This wonderful feeling screams to pass on and share with others, you can do this too! Blissful life in all its tones is for everyone! Not being afraid is choosing Happiness.<\/div>

Where am I going?<\/b>
<\/span><\/h3><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

A few years ago I consciously decided to join the 'new world' as I call it. The door was always ajar and I decided not to wait anymore and just slipped inside. Away from the old world with wars, abuse of power and selfishness. As a kind of early adopter, dare to take the lead and take peacefulness and forgiveness as a starting point. Respect for people, plants and animals. Focusing on how we really treat our planet with respect. Transforming old war armies into real auxiliary troops that are deployed in times of famine, earthquakes, floods and forest fires, etc. Everyone in the world is entitled to food, drinks, a roof over your head, including a full-fledged task that you perform based on your talents and passions. Give unconditionally to everyone around you. So give without wanting anything in return! A few years ago I decided to start living a vegan lifestyle. Purely from animal welfare and health. I no longer want to participate in those old unhealthy learned habits. Moreover, an overkill of animal proteins is one of the biggest culprits that causes us in the West to get very nasty life-threatening diseases. The last five years of your life in particular are hell for most people. You don't want that either, do you? An excellent and healthy alternative is: focus more on a plant-based (80%) and less on an animal-based (20%) diet, then you actually invest in a more vital old age.<\/p>

My personal mission:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>
I'll take you with me and we'll walk a bit together. You set the pace. Together we will work towards new goals based on insights, simple 'breathing techniques' and learning new patterns. These are moving targets because we will gradually adjust the route slightly. And behind one goal, a new goal will automatically emerge. You will always be able to rely on me, I offer a lifetime guarantee, we will always stay in touch. Together we will give that vital breathing space (living space!) the attention it deserves. By using the Being in Balance method we can go straight to the core and continue from there. By self-consciously taking control again, you may also be able to adjust the environmental factors.
