The pressure of having to find a job
Searching for another job, within or outside the current organization, is in practice an intense and stressful period: the pressure of having to find a job (the pressure from yourself, from your family, from the outside world), the question of “what suits you best”, the stress of (the reasons for) leaving the previous job, etc.
Sometimes there are also financial problems, in the short or long term, as a result of the situation.
In short, a crisis situation where you rarely feel good about yourself, your self-confidence has taken a knock and you are less able to conduct a proper job interview.
Being in Balance Mobility is a total package that helps you to get out of this crisis situation and get completely ready for your new job. In each session a body-mind scan is made with the unique Being in Balance technology to monitor the process, adjust where necessary and overall make it effective

How it works
Being in Balance Mobility consists of 5 steps:
Step 1
The vitality step: getting back into your power.

The performance step: unlocking your potential
Where are your resources and barriers to performance. What are psycho-emotional themes and sabotage mechanisms, what is the state of actionability, mental resilience, risk of sickleave and lower load capacity? These are questions we answer in this step. By becoming aware of these, we can take concrete steps to unlock and activate more of your potential for better performance.

The talent step: your unique contribution
Everyone is unique with their own talents and qualities. In this step, we make these talents and qualities conscious.

The inspiration step: your passion and mission
Now that you are vital, in your power, have unlocked your potential, know where your passion lies and what your mission is, we make a concrete plan of action. This is a powerful basis for the further process of your job marketing.
5 session averaging 2 hours
What to expect.
There is about 2 to 3 weeks between sessions and in each session a new body-mind scan is done with the Being in Balance technology to measure progression and address new areas of concern.
